Last night we watched the “finale” for the third season of The Walking Dead. While the episode did not live up to standards, there were some highlights. We discuss Andrea’s death, Carl’s manhood, and more in this edition of The T Dog Report.
“This can’t be how it ends.” …”It is bruh”
Andrea’s Slow Death
It’s been a long time since I was a fan of Andrea. She was a different person back on the farm. The woman she became during season 3 deserved to die. At this point she had no friends and no place to go. We all knew that she was going to die, but it was handled poorly.
This week we discuss Rick’s true nature, the fate of the group after Season 3, and ask the question, “When did Merle have time to wash the box Chevy?” All this and more in this edition of The T Dog Report
Rick Is Full of Sh*t
If this episode has taught me anything, it’s that Rick is full of shit. He isn’t a likeable character to begin with, but this week he moved up the rankings on the most hated list.
“Making” The Hard Choices
So Rick decided to sell out Michonne. It’s something we thought would happen but didn’t think would come true. However, at the beginning of the episode Rick puts together his hit squad to subdue Michonne and deliver her to The Governor. Of course nobody wanted to sell Michonne out, but they follow orders because Rick is the “leader.” Continue reading
It was another filler episode for The Walking Dead, but we did learn two things.
- The importance of Lone White Woman Syndrome
- Tyreese might be likable character but lacks common sense.
We break it down in this week’s episode of the T Dog Report.
The Lone White Woman Syndrome
It’s not enough that Andrea gets to live after her betrayal, but this episode she was also blessed with ‘Lone White Woman Syndrome’. If you don’t know about LWWS, let me explain. In every slasher flick, the white woman is the only one who survives. The movie might begin with a group of friends, but the only one to survive every encounter with the killer is the lone white woman. She could break a leg and lose an eye, but somehow she manages to survive the movie. Continue reading
This week Rick and The Governor decide to engage in a verbal circle jerk, Andrea continues to suffer from her bad choices, and Glenn gains some respect All this and more in this edition of…The T Dog Report.
A Two Minute Conversation
There was no reason for this episode to revolve around a two-minute conversation. We spent the entire episode wondering what would happen between Rick and The Governor only to realize their was only one conclusion: war. This was a situation where neither person wanted to show their hand. There was no need for the storytelling or The Governor’s to remove his eyepatch. In the words of PeeWee from Bebe’s Kids Continue reading
