This was posted by Unicorn Riot, a non-profit, decentralized, non-profit media organization of journalists.
One of those videos is above. It shows members of the Patriot Front during a military drill at Grand Junction’s Canyon View Park on October 10, 2021. Members of this group came from Utah and Idaho to participate in this exercise. Some of the Patriot Front members known in the video are Nathan David Brenner, 26, from Louisville, Colorado, Cameron Pruitt, 23, from Utah, Richard Jacob Jessop, and Nathaniel Taylor Whitfield. The men who participate in these trainings have strong white supremacist backgrounds and are known to law enforcement for violent behavior.
The Patriot Front was a group stopped by police in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on June 22, 2022, while it was on its way to violently interfere with a “Pride in the Park” event held on the same day. Based on the information, police pulled over his U-Haul van carrying his 31 members of the group. All were dressed in uniformed riot gear, and all were arrested and charged with conspiracy to riot. Nathaniel Taylor WhitfieldCameron Pruitt and Richard Jacob Jessop, who participated in a Canyon View Park exercise on October 10, 2021, were among 31 men arrested in Coeur d’Alene.
Another Canyon View Park drill participant was William Planer, a violent neo-Nazi well known to law enforcement, who was involved in riots outside the California State Capitol in Sacramento in 2016. was arrested. He has been involved in incidents where anti-racists have been beaten and stabbed. Planer is also a member of the violent Nazi sympathizer group Golden State. He is also a member of the Skinheads and has previously been charged with assault with a lethal weapon.
Below is another video leaked by Unicorn Riot showing some of the neo-Nazis, presumably attending a Canyon View Park training, spray-painting stencils promoting the white supremacist movement on the abutments of Palisade, Colorado. is showing. The camera wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and a black “Will 2 Rise” T-shirt. This is the same one William Planer wore on October 10, 2021 at Canyon View Park for a paramilitary training exercise. The Patriot Front, formerly known as “Vanguard America,” changed its name after the deadly 2017 “Unite the Light” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Members of the Patriot Front believe their ancestors conquered America and left a nation to themselves. The group claims to work to protect the ethnic and cultural heritage of white European ancestry in order to justify hatred and intolerance of Jewish and LGBTQ+ Americans. .
