Brevard Davidson River Presbyterian Church

As Reverend Keith Thompson continues his series of sermons on the Sermon on the Mount with a message titled “What Jesus Said About Judgment” based on Matthew 7:1-5, join us on Sunday, February 5. Sacred Heart Catholic Church

Sunday, February 5th is the fifth Sunday in regular time when Matthew’s Gospel tells us all of Jesus’ message. (Matthew 5:16)

The Sacred Heart Haven Food Team is in its 20th year of serving neighbors a weekend meal at Thomas House, The Haven’s adult residence for the shelterless. On February 24th, March 3rd and March 24th he needs 40 breakfasts and his 40 dinners. of these weekends.

Ash Wednesday occurs on February 22, when the 40-day season of Lent begins in preparation for the Passion of the Lord. Mark the dates on your calendar and start preparing to attend the Ash Wednesday Mass and Distribution of Ashes.

The Knights of Columbus will be selling Ingles cards at all masses this weekend. On February 13th, the Order will partner with the Red Cross to sponsor a blood donation in the Sacred Heart Parish. Consider donating the gift of life on this day before Valentine’s Day.

A spiritual discernment study on the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola will continue on Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm in Room 9. If you’re looking for a path to making sound decisions in conversation with God, consider joining. Led by Sherry Glatzer, this study provides spiritual tools for guidance and insight into the joys and anguish of everyday life.

Saint Patrick’s Episcopal Church

St. Patrick’s Church services at 1825 Rothman Highway. Recorded services can also be found on our website www.stpatricksbrevard.org. Pastor Nick Henderson preaches.
