Sacred Heart Catholic Church

Happy new year. Most of us start the year with the intention of letting go of old bad habits and cultivating good ones instead.

At Sacred Heart, we want to help each other achieve these aspirations by providing a variety of opportunities to grow in faith, hope and love.

We have come together to push ourselves a little more towards those in need in our communities and spread our arms a little more to support the brave young people who fight to grow and thrive in the aftermath of the pandemic. I look back on the year with gratitude. .

We help each other grow in faith, hope, and love through retreats and opportunities to see ourselves and each other with fresh eyes, and through the joy of making music together, we all share our love. We aimed to expand the ways in which we could share our community’s purpose during Mass.

Town hall meetings were an important means of determining our path forward. There, all parishioners were invited to share their ideas on how we can do more and better.

The next City Hall meeting is tentatively scheduled for Monday, January 23 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in Fellowship Hall.

We would like to discuss what we can do to make 2023 richer and more faith-filled.

Stay on the lookout for these plans and all that is happening at Sacred Heart by viewing our weekly newsletter on our website at www.sacredheartbrevard.org/news/bulletin.

You are always welcome to attend Mass. Weekend masses are held at 4:00 pm (English) and 7:00 pm (Spanish) on Saturdays and at 8:00 am and 10:30 am on Sundays. week. If you have any questions, please call (828) 883-9572. The Sacred Heart is located at 150 Brian Berg Lane in Brevard.
