Sentence and Conviction:

Convicted: Stephen Pascal. On December 16, a jury found Pascal guilty of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy to kidnap. Pascal faces a life sentence plus he could get 42 years in prison.Courtesy/DA Raul Torres

Guns to Gardens Gun Buyback: Thanks to our partners New Mexicans to Prevent Gun Violence, Fiesta Auto Group, Albuquerque Police Department and La Mesa Presbyterian Church for a successful gun buyback event on December 9th. City of Grace Christmas Store: This Christmas, employees gathered to donate toys for the Christmas store at the Ciudad de Gràcia church in the International District. Ciudad de Gràcia partners with our federal grants to support the International District here in Albuquerque.
