Maranello (Italy), December 15, 2022 – Ferrari NV (NYSE/MTA: RACE) (“Ferrari”) announces that its wholly-owned Italian subsidiary Ferrari SpA will enter into a partnership with Essilor Luxottica that began in 2016. We are pleased to announce that we have renewed and expanded our partnership.
Under a new multi-year agreement signed today by the companies, effective January 1, 2023, EssilorLuxottica will continue to design, manufacture and distribute eyewear products featuring the Scuderia Ferrari and Ray-Ban brands. The licensing effort also extends to the first collection of monobrand eyewear featuring the Prancing Horse trademark.
EssilorLuxottica’s sponsorship will also be expanded under the new agreement. The Ray-Ban logo will appear for the first time on the cars and apparel of the official Competizioni GT drivers, in addition to remaining in Formula 1 single-seaters. World Endurance Championship in Le Mans hypercars and Gran Turismo his championship in GT3 cars.
