You have to choose between updating live activities more often or preserving battery life.Luckily for each app that supports Live Activities[設定]contains the update rate setting, so you can make that call on a per-app basis.
At the time of this writing, many third-party apps have not yet been updated to support the iOS 16.2 live activity frequency setting. However, some built-in iOS apps have this feature, so we can use them to demonstrate how to coordinate live activity updates in iOS 16.2.
