Nawaz Sharif and Mariam Nawaz left London for Geneva on Wednesday afternoon, where they spent the week.

A graduate of Cambridge University, Junaid Safdar has two master’s degrees and two bachelor’s degrees from universities in the UK. He enjoys playing polo and has performed well in British university games.

After the trip to Geneva, Mariam will return to her home country in about a week. However, Nawaz Sharif’s return is yet to be decided. Plans are underway for him to return to Pakistan as the PML-N leader, according to reports.
