Laramie County Library has activities for everyone


Cheyenne, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) – Spending time with family this week can be fun and a little daunting, especially for parents with young children and teens.

That’s why the Laramie County Library hosts several events that help keep everyone engaged and happy, especially your children.

This Wednesday, the library is hosting an open Lego build for the little ones.

They also do a New Year’s balloon drop at the festival on Saturday at noon.

Then at 2pm, there is an ‘after-hours’ party for teens with food, games and dancing.

Scavenger hunts are always available and, weather permitting, the outdoor Story Walk is open to the public.

And finally, for seniors, the library hosts its own movie showcase on Fridays, followed by popcorn and discussion.
