Reader News: Students from Area Learning Center in Willmar participate in activities – West Central Tribune


Wilmar — Students at Wilmar’s Area Learning Center participated in several activities this fall.

To mark Red Ribbon Week, our substance abuse prevention program, we put a red ribbon on the letters “ALC” on the fence outside our school.

Students also helped the Habitat for Humanity crew install a large tunnel of light at an event celebrating the lights of the world.

Wilmar’s drive-thru light display on Robbins Island is open daily from 5-10pm through December 31st.
