A joint operation between Harrow Council and local police uncovered illegal use of South Harrow property.
The facility, which had caused concern among local residents, was quickly closed thanks to the joint work of Harrow Council Community Safety and the local police team.
Officers said the man had been detained at a property on Valentine Road in South Harrow after numerous complaints from local residents about him “behaving suspiciously” and visiting at “strange times”.
