The Lied Scottsbluff Public Library has several programs for teens and teenagers in January. This includes his monthly Art His program, STEAMpunks, and an evening of DIY self-care products called “Pamper It Yourself.”
Postponed from December due to weather, Sharpie Art will be held on Monday, January 9th from 4-5pm in the Teen Room. Cut out the animals on this background. A variety of arts and crafts activities are offered in the Teen Room on the first Monday of each month.
STEAMpunks will be back in the library meeting room on Tuesday, January 10th from 3:30-5:30pm. Students in grades 3/8 will build a “Jigglebot”, a small electronic robot made from a toothbrush and a small battery. Younger children can participate if an adult or older child can support them. STEAMpunks He will be held every second Tuesday of the month through April. Projects include a lit-up snow globe on February 14th, Science of Color on March 14th, and bird feeding on April 11th. Students can come anytime during the program and do not have to stay the entire time.

On Friday, January 20, teenagers in grades 6-12 are invited to “Pamper It Yourself” from 5-7pm in the Library Boardroom. They DIY several self-care formulas, including lip balms, carbonated bath salts, sugar scrubs, and lotion bars.
